Conflict is unavoidable. We will inevitably disagree with people, and sometimes those disagreements can become serious. However, not all conflict should be handled the same way. There are some people who are very important to us—family and friends, and in another way coworkers and bosses; there are other people whom we need for their services but with whom we have very little interaction.
