You should choose the right tools for a project determined by complexity of the project. Many times, the wrong tool is selected for some projects. There’s a standard methodology, and it’s applied to every project. This isn’t an efficient process. It might get the job done, but it’s likely you’ll spend too much effort on some parts of the project than you really need. Consider that some projects are inherently more complex than others.
